A full pound of Prince Edward Island mussels and a full pound of little neck clams pan
steamed in a wine, house made marinara sauce, onions and peppers presented over pasta,
then finally finished with parmesan cheese

wine shrimp stock presented over steamed rice

Fillet of Atlantic haddock baked with lobster meat and a blend of cheeses, then topped with
toasted bread crumbs
