Galen Hall Restaurant seeks out only the finest and freshest foods from local producers. This process defines our fine American cuisine menu, which is made from scratch daily. Many menu items come from the late Chef Ron's tried and true recipes of the last 30 years. We invite you to try our Crab Cakes and Twin Filets, one of our signature dishes.
